Fundraising Guidelines

You want to raise money, eat great food, and have fun all at the same time? Allow Monterey’s Little Mexico to set up your non-profit organization with a Spirit Day Fundraiser. This would include the following:

  • 1. Your fundraising event would be held on a day you have selected.
  • 2. A promotional flyer will be created for your organization to distribute.
  • 3. A check for a percentage of the sales from all receipts collected with the attached flyer.
  • 4. We will execute an internal E-Blast to promote your event to the surrounding area.

To process a check to your organization we need the following items, Contact Name, Mailing Address, Contact Number, a signed Federal W-9 and a filled out Tax Exempt Form, and please allow 4-6 weeks for your check to be processed.

You can promote your event by emailing the flyer to friends, family and members of your organization. You can set up an event page on Facebook for your fundraiser evening.

ONLY ONE RULE, we do not allow volunteers to distribute flyers on Monterey’s premises.
