Monterey’s Little Mexico began in Houston, Texas, in 1955 with a simple idea: serve satisfying Mexican favorites in a warm, welcoming place where families and friends could gather.
Over the decades, Monterey’s grew across Texas and beyond, becoming a familiar neighborhood favorite known for its enchiladas, fajitas, queso, burritos, and signature sauces.
Nearly seven decades later, that tradition of good food, generous hospitality, and bringing people together continues at every Monterey’s table.
